Dynamical Systems × Machine Intelligence

Structure, dynamics, and the emergence of intelligence.

I am a mathematician interested in dynamical systems and machine intelligence. I build tiny brains—not yet biological—by modelling dynamics, geometry, memory, and structure.

About

I am a mathematician with a keen interest in the structures of dynamical systems and the emergence of intelligence. My work at DeepDynamics focuses on symbolic systems, machine learning, geometric deep learning, and dynamical mechanisms for intelligent computation.

My research on geometric deep learning was supported by the National Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Anusandhan National Research Foundation. Earlier, at IIT Delhi, I worked on dynamical systems and hyperbolic geometry. That work was supported by the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Fellowship of CSIR.

I hold a doctorate in symbolic systems and a master's degree in mathematics from IIT Delhi, and a bachelor's degree in data science from IIT Madras. Having cracked IIT-JEE (now JEE Advanced) three years in a row, I spent more than a decade teaching Mathematics and Physics for IIT-JEE before research became my principal occupation—an experience that continues to shape how I think about explanation and problem solving.

Whether training agents or teaching students, I rely on the same recipe—structure, feedback, and patience—to let intelligence emerge. Outside academics, I enjoy bicycling, literature, soccer, and financial analysis.
